Circa 1936-1937: The highly coveted vintage Fiesta covered onion soup bowl was produced for under two years and was retired, oddly, because it was unpopular with the day's consumers. At 6 1/8" wide by 4 3/8" tall, the covered onion soup bowl resembles the Fiesta casserole but is much smaller. Like all round bottomed covered onion soups, this rarity is unmarked. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or repairs and one small factory glaze skip on the top rim of the base, which is hidden under the lid.
