Rare Vintage Fiestaware Medium Green Cream Soup Bowl

Circa 1959: The medium green glaze was introduced in 1959, and, three months into the glaze's production, Frederick Rhead's long running cream soup bowl was retired from the iconic Fiesta dinnerware line, making the medium green cream soup bowl one of the rarest and most coveted Fiesta pieces Homer Laughlin ever released. This example has a gorgeous glaze and is free of human errors, but it does have a small factory in-kiln firing flaw on the foot, pictured in the third photograph. This minute firing line does not take away from the visual beauty of the bowl and does not impact it structurally in any way.
