Tricolator Bowl in Original Fiesta Green Glaze

Circa 1938: Newell, West Virginia's Homer Laughlin China Company bowl made for Tricolator Products rarely surfaces and was produced only for a short time in early 1938 about the time Laughlin's Fiesta Kitchen Kraft line came to market. The tricolator bowl is very similar to the vintage Fiesta casserole base, but it is not footed and is impressed Tricolator Products USA on the bottom, showing it was molded separately from the covered casserole. Tricolator bowls also were never lidded, though examples are sometimes found with married casserole lids. This rare original green Tricolator bowl has no chips, cracks, or repairs.
