Odd Fellows Folk Art Collection of 12 Fraternal Symbols

From the Kewanee Illinois IOOF Lodge

Circa 1930-1950: This striking set of twelve Odd Fellowspaint decorated fraternal symbols was recently discovered in the Odd Fellows Hall in Kewanee Illinois. This truly outstanding folk art collection was obviously carved and painted by a single hand. The symbols are fantastic, inclucing the highly coveted heart in hand, all seeing eye, and the chain with three links, symbolizing friendship, love, and truth, the Odd Fellows motto.  It is doubtful that another set of these fraternal symbols exists, and it is a miracle that these awseome Illinois folk art fraternal carvings have remained together and have not been scattered with the winds. For that reason, we are keeping this collection together and selling it only as a complete set.
